A Note from Elspeth on Her Transition

A note from Elspeth Gilmore, Resource Generation’s outgoing Executive Director:
Hi Friends of Resource Generation,
Having been a proud member of the Resource Generation staff for the past 6 years, I am transitioning off of staff this spring. I’m looking forward to opening the door for a new young leader to step up.
Needless to say, I’ll be leaving RG in good hands.  Resource Generation has 17 incredible board members who recently showed their skill and commitment at our January board meeting, and seven staff whose work has brought RG to the thriving place that it’s in today. I am also honored to be on the brink of alumni status (I’m almost 35!), and I am excited to continue to support RG as an alumnus. I am, and will always be, RG.
RG just launched an open search for a new Executive Director this winter and plan to have a new ED in place this spring. Please help us out by sending around the job description to your colleagues, friends and networks.  If you have any questions about the position or hiring process, please email Sam Seidel, Co-chair of the RG Board, [email protected].
I have learned more than I can say from RG and many of you have been a part of this incredible journey with me. Thank you! I hope to see you at our 15 Year Anniversary Celebration, April 12th in NYC (invitation coming soon), if not before.
In community,
Elspeth
